Good, but...

You got some of the lyrics wrong.
It's not "Look at you two clips" It's "Look at youtube clips". The whole reason they made an english version of this song was because of it's popularty on youtube, so they reference it in the song.

Repetitive

First off, there's nothing wrong with cursing, but eventually it gets just annoying. I'd think you'd already know this since one of the characters is an intentionally annoying kid who curses too much (being intentionally annoying doesn't redeem it from being annoying by the way). On top of that, all the characters are way to repetitive (the old lady screams and Bart just keep saying things along the lines of "I say" and "What ho?"). There were a few genuinely good scenes, especially the last one with the singing, but a lot of it repeated the same jokes over and over. Also, about half of the voices were pretty annoying (again, intentionally annoying is just a bad thing to do in the entertainment business)
I know you spent a lot of time making this 38 minutes worth of footage and get pissed when people say you didn't do enough work on it, but it's kind of true (note: kind of).
What I mean is that you simply should not have made so many scenes. You could have easily cut out the bulk of the scenes down to about a fourth of what it was (10-8 minutes) and instead spent time making those scenes that were still left better (better jokes and maybe even better animation).
Now, by online standards, and considering it's part of a game, this gets 10/10 5/5, maybe a little less if your being extra harsh, but it could have been a lot better, in fact I would have enjoyed it a lot better if there was less of it.
